How long will it take to receive my order?

Each sign is made to order.

Production typically takes 3–5 business days, and most orders arrive within 9–12 business days depending on your location.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Because our signs are made to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they enter production.

Please double check your personalization and shipping details before placing your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@idahometaldecor.com and include photos of the item, packaging and your order number.

We will work quickly to send you a replacement.

What if my tracking says delivered but I didn't receive my package?

First, please verify the shipping address on your order confirmation and check around your property or with neighbors.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly early.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will help investigate the issue.
