Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time to complete and will typically ship within 5-7 business days from the date of order. On average, orders are delivered within 9-12 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your order on time, please understand that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance (if applicable), or other factors beyond our control. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Clearance items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [Customer Service Email/Phone Number].

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@idahometaldecor.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund.
